I love the saying of the silversmith.....Hi Janice.<br /><br />I love the saying of the silversmith..."When I see my image in it." Makes one wish they had thought of that.<br /><br />Anyways, just passing through and decided to leave a thought behind me.<br /><br />God tells us that He has made us in His image. Therefore, the refining is internal. The people doubt God's faithfulness and the priests act unrighteously.<br /><br />God will have Israel righteous, and seeks their true repentance and return to Him and His commands.<br /><br />He sends His messenger Malachi to call God's people to readiness and then He will return His presence to the Temple. And the people and priests will once again know God's true faithfulness, the faithfulness they have denied as He once again purifies His people.
